Most items on our site are in-stock and ready to ship. Some items could be temporarily out-of-stock, and some items may not be available for shipment until a specific release date provided by the manufacturer. For more information, please read the details below.
Most orders for In-Stock items begin the order process as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your In-Stock item will be shipped once the item is located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
Items that are out-of-stock will clearly be marked *Out-of-Stock* when you place them in your shopping cart. A note showing the date when the item will be available again is shown at the bottom of the Product Detail page. Contact us otherwise.
Custom-made Orders require additional time before they can be shipped. Expected delivery time is indicated on the Product Description page. Your order will be shipped once the item is ready and packed, your payment is approved, and the shipping address is verified. You will be notified the status of your order by email.
Shipping Methods and Costs
MY Badminton Planet offers WORLDWIDE SHIPPING by Hongkong Post Standard International Airmail or Surface Mail Parcel Service. For rackets or wholesale orders, customers have the option of using EMS Courier Parcel Service (Express Mail Service operated by the postal administrations world-wide) offered by Hongkong Post.
Shipping charge will be calculated and quoted to the customer after an order has been received. An invoice of the total payable amount will be sent to the customer upon confirmation of the order.
While MY Badminton Store makes every effort to ensure all orders reach the customers safely and quickly, we accept NO responsibility for any loss of content in transit by the Post Office.
Lost of Items During Postal Transit
Depending on the geographical location, an airmail parcel may take up to 2-4 weeks to arrive. If an order does not arrive after approximately one month from the date of dispatch, you may request MY Badminton Store to contact Hongkong Post to initiate an investigation with your local Post Office. An investigation into lost mails may take anything between 3-6 months. During such period, you may request MY Badminton Store to send a replacement of the lost order, ONLY if the order was posted by Registered Airmail or EMS Courier. Please be reminded that should the original order arrive after the replacement order had been dispatched, you will be required to pay the full value of the replacement order (which would be the same value as the original order). Shipping Rules and Restrictions
Orders may be dispatched any day during the business hours of the Post Offices, but is normally done 2-3 times a week. Our warehouse and Hongkong Post are closed on bank and public holidays in Hong Kong. Please allow for additional shipping and handling time for all oversized items. RETURNS & WARRANTIES
Damaged or Defective Items Upon Delivery
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us by email within 7 days upon delivery of the parcel. Please provide us with your order number and item name / model as shown on the Packing Slip. Please email us a few pictures of the damaged item, put the damaged item back in its original packaging. We will notify you if we require you to take the damaged item to your local post office for inspection and for obtaining a damage report. MY Badminton Store will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 days of our receipt of your returned product with 15% restocking and administrative charge deducted from the original item price. You will only be refunded the return shipping cost if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Returning an Item
Pack the item securely in the original package if possible, or use a new packing box if necessary. Enclose the original copy of the packing list with the item, and the email from us showing the Return Authorization (RA) code. Please make a copy of the packing list for your records. If you are unable to enclose your packing list, please include your order number, billing name, and address with the item. All products must be returned in good condition and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to qualify for a full refund. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries or Collect Charge. For your protection, we recommend that you register or insure your parcel for the return. Unless your packing slip directs you to ship an item to a different address (and if so, follow such directions), please ship the return package to:

Keep the Return Tracking Number for the package you are returning until you have been notified that the package has arrived our warehouse. Our Standard Return Policies do not apply to all items. 1. Customized / Personalized Products
All sales are final for customized or personalized products. These items cannot be returned. If an error occurred in your order process or packaging, please contact us immediately by email.
2. Auctioned Items
Occasionally, MY-Store Limited and MY Badminton Store may make some of its products available for auction on a website other than our own. All auction sales are final. MY-Store Limited and MY Badminton Store will only accept returns of defective or damaged products and products shipped in error within 7 days of your receipt of the auction item. Please contact us via email for complete instructions about returning an auction item. Any auction item returned to our warehouse without first contacting a Customer Service staff will not be processed and may be immediately returned to the sender.
Items Returned To Us By The Post Office
If an order is returned to us for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect / insufficient address, incorrect receipient's name, or an error not caused by our side, the customer may be required to pay the postages for the returned journey and for the forwarding journey to the correct address. If the order is returned to us for unsuccessful delivery due to insufficient postage, inadequate documentation, or an error caused by our side, we will re-post the order to the customer free of charge.
Many of the items that are sold in MY Badminton Store carry a 6 months manufacturer's warranty. Rackets are covered by manufacturer's warranty for defects and damages due to proven result of bad craftmanship, or damaged-on-arrival due to mishandling during postal transit. Manufacturer's warranty does not cover damage and breakage arising from improper use, collision during play, or the racket subsequently being strung to a tension exceeding that of the manufacturer's recommended one.
How To Claim Warranties For Rackets
If you wish to claim warranty for a damaged racket, please follow the procedures below:
We record the serial numbers of all rackets sold (if applicable). Please email us the serial numbers of the damaged racket, alongside at least 3 pictures showing clearly the damaged area, and a brief statement on how the racket was broken. The pictures will be forwarded to the manufacturer or authorized dealer of the respective brand.
The manufacturer or dealer may require you to return the damaged item for closer inspection before granting any warranty. If you wish to return the damaged racket for closer inspection, please return it to the MBS shop address shown above. The return postage will be paid by the customer. Returning the damaged racket DOES NOT guarantee a successful granting of warranty. In the case of JP rackets, MBS will bear the postage of forwarding the damaged to Yonex in Japan for inspection.
If a warranty is granted, the replacement item will be sent to the customer free-of-charge by Standard Airmail Parcel, except for JP rackets where the customer would have to bear the postage of forwarding the replacement racket to his/her address. The customer may request the replacement item to be sent by EMS Courier Parcel upon the payment of additional EMS Postage.
